Our Rates
When you stay at the Quinta you have complete privacy because you are the only people there. You do not share the Quinta with
anybody else.

- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Wood is provided for the stove free of charge in the cooler months.
- Gas and electricity is included in the price.
- Additional bed linen and towels will be provided for rental periods longer than one week.
- For stays of less than one week please contact us.
- Telephone calls must be paid for.
- You don't have to worry about going shopping the moment you arrive as we will leave a starter/welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, fresh
milk, bread and wine for you.
- A 35% deposit is required to book the house and the balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
